Frequently Asked Questions

How we buy and source for you

We take a hands on approach to sourcing so we can keep quality high and prices as accessible as possible.

We work closely with local farmers, producers and suppliers, buying little and often to reflect what's in season and available at the best value. Because much of what we offer is fresh or regularly sourced, our costs can fluctuate, and our pricing moves with the market.

Alongside our core range, we actively look for opportunities to pass on extra value. This might include when produce is plentiful, shorter shelf life items or one off supplier offers. These allow us to keep food affordable while reducing waste and supporting producers.

Our aim is simple — to offer good, honest food and experiences at fair prices, while working thoughtfully behind the scenes to secure the best possible value for our community.
